How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Whatevervital Floor Coating wants to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Contact us about:
- A call or message with Whatevervital Floor Coating that went badly
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of an installer we referred you to
If the Issue Is With an Installer
Installers in our network are independent companies. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, start with the installer. Put it in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Installers who keep falling short may be removed. But Whatevervital Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act on an installer's behalf.
What to Put in Your Complaint
Write to contact@whatevervital.homes and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the installer
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The installer's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the installer. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
